Happy Living strives to create long lasting durable products. We also want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased on our site, you may return the unused products within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in brand new condition as it was purchased. This includes original packaging, shipping carton, paperwork, parts, and accessories. We can not accept items that show signs of use, tears, marks, scratches, and/or alterations of any kind. We highly recommend that the products are securely package. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that there is a standard 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for any return shipping cost on the return. You may choose any logistics carrier of your choice. To expedite your return, we strongly recommended providing us with the carrier's tracking number so we may track and verify the delivery of the returned product at our return center.
For returns, please contact us at customerservice@happyliving style.com to obtain an RMA number. Please note products that are sent back to us with a RMA number can not be accepted.
For products NOT purchased through happylivingstyle.com, please contact the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. You may return the unused product within 30 days and place a new order for the product.
Upon receipt of your return and thorough inspection, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that it will take up to 10 business days or longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If the refund is not poste within 1 billing cycle, please contact your bank for assistance.
Defective, Damaged, Wrong Delivered Product
We kindly remind you to please inspect your products upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the product is defective, damaged, or if the incorrect product was shipped. Photos or videos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect product must be provided in order to assist you properly and efficiently. We will either replace or refund upon your request. Any claims made after 7 days of an order being received will NOT be accepted.
Free Gifts with Purchase
If your order included a free gift at purchase, you must also return this item when returning your order. Free gift products must be unused and in its original packaging. If the free gift is not returned with your order or has been used/opened, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to protect our customers and our employees, we are following hygiene and safety regulations. All sales of personal protective equipment products, health products, and personal care products are FINAL. Please always check your order upon receipt as no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
