Happy Living warrants this product to be free of defects in materials or workmanship commencing upon the date of the original purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of this product from the date of purchase. 

In order to be eligible for this 1-Year Limited Warranty, provided you have registered your product at Happy Living and an original sales receipt or any proof of purchase. 

This warranty covers products purchased on Happy Living online store, www.happylivingstyle.com and from authorized distributors only. 

This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from unusual wear, commercial, abusive, unreasonable use or supplemental damage. This warranty does not cover damage from unauthorized repairs or from any use not in accordance with the instruction manual. Defects that are the result of normal wear and tear will not be considered manufacturing defects under this warranty.

Happy Living reserves the right to void this warranty if we determine a claim to be dishonest or fraudulent. 

This warranty applies within the 48 contiguous United States not including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and other US Territories and is limited to the value of the product, subject to change without notice.
